And you'll need book to read! Here are four recommendations in four different genres. Hopefully one of them speaks to you or inspires you to pick up a book this summer!

1. First, one of my favorites: Beach Read by Emily Henry. In addition to having the perfect name, this romance book is about two writers, who end up being neighbors for the summer. Both struggling with their writing, they embark on a summer-long challenge, that will change everything they believe about happily ever afters and each other.

2. If you are more into fantasy, Clytemnestra by Costanza Casati might be for you! The story of notorious villain from Greek Mythology, Clytemnestra. This book shares Clytemnestra's story from her perspective, from growing up in Sparta with her half-sister Helen of Troy to becoming the wife of Agamemnon, king of Mycenae.

3. Carrie Soto Is Back by Taylor Jenkins Reid. This novel tells the story of Carrie Soto a legendary tennis player, who comes out of retirement for a final season to reclaim a record. This book is super entertaining and an easy quick read with great message of how all good things must come to an end, and how you must appreciate them while they are happening, but let them go in the end.

4. If thriller/mysteries are your favorite, Sadie by Courtney Summer is a great one to pick up. This book follows Sadie as she searches for her sister's killer and a Serial-like podcast that is investigating Sadie's disappearance. This book is totally gripping from the beginning, and has a great ending that you won't be able to stop thinking about.

Stop into dwell to pick up your beach essentials. I hope you enjoy your beach days and beach read!
