Exchange Policy for Online Orders:
We hope you love your purchase but understand if it didn't work. We are happy to offer you a credit or exchange.
Your item must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s).
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and track-able mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

RETURN POLICY: IN-STORE PURCHASES
Purchases made at 1022 Chapel Street can be returned or exchanged for store credit only within 10 days of the original purchase date.
