Crescent Simples is a line of small-batch syrups made from fresh fruit, herbs, and raw sugar, that's it! Co-owners Bill and Megan met while bartending in New Orleans and were inspired by working in fast-paced yet quality-driven environments to create syrups for home use that upheld the same standards as cocktail bars. We create everything with only real, fresh ingredients, and no additives, preservatives, or "natural flavoring". We utilize the high acidity of the fruit in our syrups as a stabilizer, creating a shelf-stable product that will last unopened for over a year. We frequently partner with local farms to source our produce because we know the quality of the ingredient shows in our syrups. Crescent Simples can be used to flavor anything from cocktails and mocktails to soda water, tea and coffee.
